By using Litix you agree to these terms.
The service
Litix provides tools to caption videos and find short clips. Features, credit costs and limits may change.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure.
Your content
You keep ownership of your videos. You confirm you have the right to upload and process them, and that they do not infringe others' rights or break the law. You may not use Litix for unlawful, hateful or abusive content.
Credits, watermark and ads
- Credits are consumed when you use paid features. Your first 10 credits of use produce exports without a watermark; afterwards exports include a Litix watermark unless you have purchased credits, hold an unlimited plan, or have temporarily removed it by watching an ad.
- Attempting to remove or bypass the watermark or to fake ad completion is not allowed and may lead to account suspension.
Payments
Payments are handled by third-party processors. See our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, overload, reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt the service, or resell it without permission.
Availability and disclaimers
Litix is provided "as is". Automatically generated transcripts and clip suggestions may contain errors, so please review them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular views, reach or retention for your clips.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Litix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may stop using Litix at any time.
