Refund Policy

Credit packs

If a paid feature fails because of a problem on our side (for example transcription is unavailable), the credits used are refunded to your balance. Unused credits from a purchase can be refunded on request within 7 days of purchase.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if it was made in error.
